Elise Thomas, LCSW

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here and I look forward to connecting with you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about walking alongside adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and uncover who they truly are. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward healing and wholeness.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of New Mexico, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, where I specialized in Child Welfare. Before starting private practice, I spent seven years in Child Welfare, where I gained valuable insight into resilience, trauma, and the complexities of the human experience. That work shaped my deeply compassionate and attuned approach, and it continues to influence the way I show up for my clients.

In our work together, you’ll learn to connect with all parts of yourself — even the ones that feel confusing, painful, or stuck. Our sessions will be rooted in curiosity, presence, and respect for your unique journey. You’ll have space to explore, grow, feel, grieve, and gently untangle the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll build the tools you need to move through life with more clarity, connection, and authenticity.
